From festival organiser, James Scarlett: “Deaf Havana enjoyed headlining 2000trees so much in 2015 that we’ve all been trying hard to work out a way to get them back at sunny Upcote Farm. So I’m massively excited to announce that they’ve agreed to do an intimate, fan voted set on our 2nd stage The Cave. It’s going to be very special indeed!”

From DEAF HAVANA front man James Veck-Gilodi: “For us, 2000trees is one of the most important festivals in the U.K. The line-up is always incredible and the setting is unlike anywhere else. We are extremely excited to be heading back as last time our drummer was having a baby and didn’t play with us so for him it will be an amazing first experience. We’ve decided to play a set completely chosen by the fans. Choosing a set list is always hard because in order to fit the time allocated we have to cut certain songs that we want to play, but this time around we will be playing exactly what people want to hear which kind of makes our life a bit easier haha”

SPRING KING’s Tarek Musa: “2000trees is gonna be wild. There’s loads of great bands on the bill, including our friends Slaves, Beach Slang and Get Inuit. Crazy amounts of guitar music all in one weekend. We’re ready for a loud one.”

The festival takes place on July the 6th, 7th and 8th, and the headliners for the main stage are:

Thursday headliners – MALLORY KNOX
Friday co-headliners – FRANK CARTER & THE RATTLESNAKES/
NOTHING BUT THIEVES
Saturday co-headliners – LOWER THAN ATLANTIS / SLAVES

With all of the four co-headliner bands for this years event, as well as Thursdays headliner, being from these fair shores, 2000trees has again invested in exciting and emerging UK and British talent.
