‘Decline’ is produced by music impressario Fraser T Smith, and reworks the chorus medley from Ja Rule and Ashanit’s ‘Always On Time’ to create a brand new tune built for 2017.

‘Decline’ is taken from an upcoming EP that RAYE has curated featuring a number of collaborations with her artist friends. The new EP will be released in early 2018. RAYE is the perfect popstar. She has already racked up nearly 13 million streams of her music, whilst her last single ‘The Line’ was universally acclaimed by critics and spent the summer blasting from radio playlists.
