Naked Six are a 2-piece based in York playing what they describe as alternative rock/grunge/schizoid blues with the punk attitude of the 70s. With powerhouse songs and compelling lyrics, they’ve already earned support from BBC Introducing, Northern Radar and Tony Visconti’s Unsigned Heroes before even releasing first single, Can’t Trust The News.
Their high octane, electrifying live performances have created a buzz at festivals such as On Blackheath over the Summer, as well as packed London shows including The Old Blue Last and Oslo. Excited to play to new audiences across the country, the band’s Seb Byford says “It’s our first support tour so yeah we’re pretty pumped, Temperance Movement are a great band to be on the road with as well, we can’t wait to hit the stage.”

“They ripped that tiny stage at The Social to bits, those heavy pounding riffs echoing throughout the venue. It’s neo-punk rock, with grunge and garage vibes chucked into the mix too, full to the brim with Hendrix/ Zeppelin-esque grit.” Indie Underground “Top 5 Live Discoveries of 2017 (so far…)”
“One of the most exciting pure rock bands to come out of Yorkshire in the last decade. Without doubt. Insane talents” – Soundsphere Magazine
