Queens Of The Stone Age announce UK headline tour

Queens Of The Stone Age have announced a short burst of UK tour dates – ticket details below.

Queens Of The Stone Age are essentially a live band. Sure, they may well have produced more than their fair share of classic albums, but the stoner rock collective remain a visceral, thrilling live phenomenon.

New album ‘…Like Clockwork’ is out now – and has been awarded a hearty 7/10 on these very pages – but the band are already looking towards their next tour. As guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen told Clash earlier this year: “We pride ourselves on being a live band. After six years, we now have new material so it’s all about the live experience. We’re gearing up to put on – not just a musical show – but something visual as well. It’s going to be an unprecedented thing which we’ve never really done. We’re trying to step up everything.”

Tightening bolt and turning screws, Queens Of The Stone Age are currently blazing a trail across Europe. Set to play Download at the weekend, the band will return to the UK in November for a batch of headline shows.

Opening in Glasgow on November 16th, the tour heads to Ireland for a one off Dublin show before returning to the UK. Ending with a night in London, Queens Of The Stone Age are set to play Wembley Arena on November 22nd.

Tickets are on sale now.

Queens Of The Stone Age have confirmed the following shows:

November
16 Glasgow Hydro Arena
17 Dublin O2 Arena
18 Belfast Odyssey
20 Manchester MEN Arena
21 Birmingham NIA
22 London Wembley Arena
