SayWeCanFly releases new video for ‘The Space Between Our Eyes’!

say we can fly
Canadian singer/songwriter SayWeCanFly will release his new album Blessed Are Those on November 4th. A one-man acoustic act helmed by 21-year-old Braden Barrie, SayWeCanFly creates gracefully arranged music that’s bravely honest about many of the struggles we face throughout our lives.

Revealing SayWeCanFly’s newly expanded and more intricate sound, Blessed Are Those features such songs as “The Space Between Our Eyes” (a piano-laced track powered by deeply personal storytelling) and “Most of the Time” (a harmony-infused ballad that offsets its hard-hitting rhythms with delicate strings).

Blessed Are Those marks SayWeCanFly’s second release for Epitaph, arriving as the follow-up to his 2015 EP Darling.

Hailing from Lindsay, Ontario, Barrie began making music under the name SayWeCanFly in 2009. Prior to signing with Epitaph, SayWeCanFly released 3 EPs plus 1 LP, and built up a devoted underground fanbase. In 2015, he had a successful stint on the Warped Tour’s Acoustic Basement stage, then appeared on the Full Sail University Stage in 2016.

With his massive social media following, Braden is also known for his YouTube videos about real life issues like anxiety and loneliness, which show the same brave vulnerability that Barrie brings to his music. “I just want to remind everyone that it’s important we stare darkness in the eyes and continue to beware of its presence, because that in itself makes us stronger.”

SayWeCanFly will embark on a headline tour beginning November 3 in Toronto, Canada through December 4th in Howell, NJ.
