The full line up for the Uprawr DJ Stage has also been revealed. The stage will see DJ sets on all 3 days from: now an established DJ double act, Dani & Davyd Winter-Bates from Bury Tomorrow, who after 2 years of playing the festival with the band, will be back once again. Almost a resident of Slam Dunk, the ever popular Tek One will also be returning to the stage and we will also see the debut of French DJ artist The Algorithm who infuses modern metal riffs and rhythms with a menagerie of electronic sub-genres such as IDM, chiptune and trap, concocting his own style of fiercely heavy and individual music. Hopefully bringing his well-known wild performances to the DJ stage, Terufumi Tomano will be taking time away from playing keyboard on another stage with Japanese electronic metal band Crossfaith. Model turned DJ, Mel Clarke will no doubt bring one of her party smashing sets, which will also be completed by the Uprawr resident DJs bringing the party tunes.

The SLAM DUNK FESTIVAL 2015 organisers can now reveal, in conjunction with Kerrang Magazine’s Fresh Blood editor Jen Walker, that they have launched a Fresh Blood Stage competition, to let the attending fans have the final choice on who they would like to see at the festival. With over 10 great new bands to choose from, the band with the most votes will get to play at SLAM DUNK 2015.

The full list of bands are:
Boy Jumps Ship, The Hype Theory, Trash Boat, Zoax, Palm Reader, Astroid Boys, La Fontaines, Dead!, Crooks and For The Win.

Josh Francesci from You Me At Six has ALSO responded to rumours the band will be playing the whole of their debut album ‘Take Off Your Colours’ in full at the festival.
“The rumours are……incorrect. However, this being the 10th year of Slam Dunk as well as You Me At Six’s 10th year…we will be extensively paying homage to that with songs from our first record.”
